Dr. Sunita Sah is a physician turned organizational psychologist and a professor at Cornell's SC Johnson College of Business, where she studies why individuals and institutions go along with things they know are wrong, and how they find the courage to act on their values. A Core Faculty Fellow at the Cornell Health Policy Center, she is the national bestselling author of DEFY: How to Speak Up When it Matters, and her research on defiance, conflicts of interest, critical and strategic thinking, and decision-making speaks directly to what this group is wrestling with: how to move from receiving proposals to making bold ones. Dr. Sah is a soughtafter international speaker and consultant, advisor to government agencies, and former Commissioner of the National Commission on Forensic Science. She has been named to the Thinkers50 Radar, the global list of management thinkers to watch, and her research is widely published in leading academic journals and media entities worldwide.
